The ways in which we gather information
Information we hold comes from you automatically when you:
- Visit our website – this includes information that is automatically stored by cookies, e.g your shopping cart information, your IP address, your shopping history (if any). This information is used to improve your customer experience. When you use our services or look at the contents of our website, your activities may be logged.
- When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We reserve the right to anonymise personal data gathered and to use any such data. We will use data outside the scope of this Policy only when it is anonymised.
We save your billing information and other information gathered about you for as long as needed for accounting purposes or other legal obligations but not longer than 7 years.
We might process your personal data for additional purposes that are not mentioned here, but are compatible with the original purpose for which the data was gathered. However we will inform you of any further Processing and purposes.
Who else can access your personal data
We do not share your Personal Data with strangers. Personal information about you is in some cases provided to our trusted partners in order to either make providing the service to you possible or to enhance your customer experience. We share your data with our processing partners.
We only work with processing partners who are able to ensure the adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. We disclose your Personal Data to third parties or public officials when we are legally obliged to do so. We might disclose your Personal Data to third parties if you have consented to it or if there are other legal grounds for it.

- To update your details or to exercise your other rights under these regulations, please provide your request in writing to the registered company address or email christine@resourcefulentrepreneur.com. We may require you to provide proof of identification.
Protecting your data
- Our primary store of your personal information is stored securely on our back up hard drive so if our IT fails we can always get to it.
- Your personal information may also be stored in the wider internet under secure cloud-based storage services, such as Dropbox, Google Drive and icloud
- We invest in high-quality security to protect your privacy. No information transmission over the internet can be entirely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Any information that you send is at your own risk. However, once we have received your personal information we use strict procedures to protect the security of your personal information
- Any paper copies of your personal information are stored within our premises and are kept with us or stored securely
- Laptops and mobile devices are password protected but not necessarily encrypted
- Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.
Children
We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect online information from children. We do not target children with our services.
